Wednesday, May 18, 2016     Missing Person – Joshua TOD – C16-85027 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a missing 10 year old male, Joshua TOD. It is believed that he last had contact with family members on Wednesday, May 11, 2016. TOD is described as: Aboriginal, 4'9" tall, 65 pounds, thin build, black hair and brown eyes.
