Friday, May 20, 2016    Update:  Missing Person – Troy GRAHAM - C16-57460  As previously released, on March 22, 2016, the Winnipeg Police Service requested the public's assistance in locating a missing 26-year-old male, Troy GRAHAM.  GRAHAM was last seen on the late morning of March 20, 2016, in the south area of Winnipeg near the University of Manitoba.  Troy Graham has subsequently been located deceased with foul play not suspected.
