Residential Break and Enter Arrests – R16-48687
After a lengthy investigation, Winnipeg Police have arrested two individuals in relation to a string of residential break-ins occurring over the past year. On June 28, 2016 police arrested:

Stuart Bruce FRITZLEY, 31-years, of Winnipeg has been charged with:
- Break and Enter x 11
- Possess Property Obtained by Crime
- Possess Break-in Instruments
- Drive Disqualified

Stefani Eileen COTE, 24-years, of Winnipeg has been charged with:
- Break and Enter x 12
- Possess Property Obtained by Crime
- Possess Break-in Instruments
- Fail to Comply Conditions of Recognizance x 3
- Drive Disqualified

Both accused were remanded into custody.

The investigation was headed by the East District Crime Unit. It concerned break-ins primarily in the East District area, but ultimately spanned incidents throughout the city.

This investigation is ongoing by members of the East District Crime Unit. Anyone with information that may assist investigators is asked to call 204-986-2857 or Crime Stoppers at 204-786-TIPS (8477).
