Wednesday, August 24, 2016     Missing Person Update – Joshua TOD - C16-170526 Please be advised that Joshua Tod has been safely located.     As previously released: The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating 10 year old, Joshua TOD.  TOD was last seen in the North End area of Winnipeg during the afternoon of August 16, 2016.    TOD is described as an Aboriginal male, 4'9" tall, 65 pounds, dark eyes, thin build, black hair and brown eyes.
