Thursday, October 20, 2016 UPDATE:  Missing Person – John Hastings – C15-219519 The Winnipeg Police Service is continuing to request the public's assistance in locating a missing 27 year-old male, John Hastings. October 16, 2016, marked the one year anniversary of the last time HASTINGS was seen when he left a residence in the downtown area of Winnipeg in the early morning hours of Friday, October 16, 2015.     HASTINGS is described as an Aboriginal male, 5'9" tall, thin build, short black hair, unshaved, thin goatee and moustache and brown eyes.
