Wednesday, October 5, 2016   UPDATE:  MISSING PERSON – Curtis KESSLER – C16206172 The Winnipeg Police Service is continuing to request the public's assistance in locating a missing 27 year old male, Curtis KESSLER.  It was previously reported that KESSLER was last seen in the downtown area of Winnipeg on Thursday, September 29, 2016.  There is new information to support that KESSLER may now be in the East St. Paul or Selkirk area.   KESSLER is described as a Caucasian male, 6'0" tall, 130 pounds, thin build and brush-cut brownish hair.
