Tuesday, November 22, 2016   Male Wanted - Rueben Jaymes SINCLAIR, 29-years old - C16-233604 Public Advisory: The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a male wanted, 29-year-old, Rueben SINCLAIR. Multiple warrants are currently active for the arrest of SINCLAIR regarding property related crimes city wide. SINCLAIR is described as an aboriginal male, 6'1" tall, 190 pounds, average build, and black hair.       SINCLAIR is not to be approached, if located, call police immediately.
