Tuesday, December 6, 2016   Child Abuse Imagery Arrest – R16-17658 The Winnipeg Police Service Internet Child Exploitation Unit was alerted to illicit images being uploaded to a Winnipeg-based IP address and entered into an investigation.     On October 26, 2016, a search warrant was executed related to this IP address. Numerous computers and electronic devices were seized and analysed.
