Friday, December 23, 2016  Homicide Investigation – Update: C16-265978 As previously released: On December 20, 2016, at approximately 11:00 p.m., members of the Winnipeg Police Service responded to a stabbing incident that just occurred in the area of the 400 block of Kennedy Street.     Officers located an adult male with serious injuries due to an apparent stabbing. The male victim was transported to the hospital by members of the Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service. Earlier this morning, the victim succumbed to his injuries.      The victim has now been identified as Clarence IGNACE, 25-years-old, of Winnipeg.     An arrest warrant for Second Degree Murder (as well as additional charges) has been issued for a suspect in this incident.     Police are seeking Tyron Custer HARPER, 23-years-old, in connection with this murder.          Harper is described as Aboriginal, 5'10" in height and weighing 200 lbs. Harper is not to be approached by members of the public.
