Tuesday, January 03, 2017  Homicide Investigation – Update: C16-265978 Clarence IGNACE, 25-years-old, of Winnipeg was the victim of a homicide that occurred on December 20, 2016, in the 400 block of Kennedy Street.     The Winnipeg Police Service continues to request the public's assistance in locating a male wanted in connection with this homicide.     Police are seeking Tyron Custer HARPER, 23-years-old, in connection with this murder. An arrest warrant for Second Degree Murder (as well as additional charges) has been issued for Harper.         Harper is described as Aboriginal, 5'10" in height and weighing 200 lbs.
