Friday, January 27, 2017   Serious Assault Update – Arrest: C17-17132 As previously released:     On January 24, 2017, at approximately 6:30 p.m., Winnipeg Police and Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service responded to a report of a female who had been assaulted in the 1000 block of Sherburn Street.     Responding units located an adult female who was suffering from a stab wound to the upper body. She was transported to a hospital in critical condition, however, she has since been upgraded to stable.
