Thursday, January 5, 2017 Missing Person – Tara FERLAND - R17-541 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating 17-year-old female Tara FERLAND.  FERLAND was last seen on Monday, January 2, 2017, in the late afternoon in the Wildwood area of Winnipeg.      FERLAND is described as female, Aboriginal, 5'4" in height, 140 lbs., medium build, with long black hair and brown eyes.  She was last seen wearing a green and orange coloured bomber jacket, grey sweatpants, brown Timberlands and carrying a brown Guess purse.    It is believed that FERLAND has travelled to the Toronto, ON area with unknown persons. The Winnipeg Police Service is concerned for her wellbeing.    Anyone with information regarding FERLAND'S whereabouts is asked to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 204-986-6250.
