Wednesday, February 1, 2017  Break-In Investigation - C17-0021317 Male Wanted - Public Assistance Requested Members of the West District Crime Unit are currently investigating a break-in that occurred on January 30, 2017, at approximately 2:30 a.m., in the area of the 100 block of Pacific Avenue. As a result, a large quantity of sports memorabilia was stolen. Detectives have identified the following suspect in connection to the break-in and theft. An arrest warrant has been issued for Douglas Bertram REESBY, 54 years old of Winnipeg.
