February 17, 2017     UPDATE: Missing Person: Cody Harper– C17-32418 The Winnipeg Police Service had previously requested the public's assistance in locating 14-year-old Cody Harper who was last seen on February 15th, 2017, in the River-Osborne area.     Harper has since been located.
