UPDATE: Missing Person: Cody Harper– C17-32418
The Winnipeg Police Service had previously requested the public's assistance in locating 14-year-old Cody Harper who was last seen on February 15th, 2017, in the River-Osborne area.
   
Harper has since been located. We thank the public for their assistance.  
 
As previously released:
The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a 14 year old male, Cody Harper.  Harper was last seen in the early hours of February 15th, 2017, in the River-Osborne area of Winnipeg.
   
Harper is described as Aboriginal, 5'4", 150lbs, with brush-cut brown hair and brown eyes.  He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, black sweater, and patterned pyjama pants.
     
The Winnipeg Police Service is concerned for Harper's wellbeing and is asking anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at (204) 986-6250.
