Commercial Break & Enter Investigation: C17-36428 - Update
   
Public Assistance Requested – Male Wanted
   
Winnipeg Police are requesting the public's assistance in locating the following individual in relation to a previously released commercial break and enter:
   
Grant Alex Morrisseau,thirty-one years of age, is currently wanted for charges of Break, Enter and Theft, Theft Under $5,000, and various court breaches.

As previously released- During the afternoon of February 20, 2017, a male suspect broke into a vehicle in the 300 block of Hargrave Street and stole personal property.  At approximately 2:30 p.m., the same suspect broke into commercial offices located in the 300 block of Graham Avenue.
   
The suspect was able to move through a number of office areas where various items were stolen including a laptop computer, a tablet computer and a number of un-activated iPhones.
   
In addition to these items, the suspect stole various clothing items including:
   
 - A one of a kind Jets Heritage Classic jacket, signed by Dale Hawerchuk (on the right sleeve). 
   
 - A signed Dustin Byfuglien Heritage Classic game jersey (#33).
   
The Winnipeg Police downtown safety strategy – Centreline, was at the forefront of this investigation. Central District Foot Patrol Unit, along with detectives, were instrumental in identifying and locating suspects in relation to this incident and as a result, two female suspects were arrested. Some of the stolen property has been recovered, however, the investigation is still ongoing.
