Wednesday, May 3, 2017    High Risk Sex Offender: C17-90564 - Arrest As previously released on May 1, 2017, High Risk Sex Offender Michael James FELLS, 34-years-old, was released on Parole from Stony Mountain Institution. On May 2, 2017, Correctional Service of Canada issued a Warrant of Apprehension, Suspension and Recommitment to Custody of Statutory Release.
