Sunday, July 30, 2017   Missing Person – Star Thomas – Located: R17-49502   As previously released on July 5, 2017:   The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a missing 17- year-old female, Star Alicia Thomas.     Starr was last seen in the west end area of Winnipeg in the evening of June 16, 2017. Star is described as Indigenous, 5'0" in height, thin build, with shoulder-length black hair and brown eyes.     The Winnipeg Police Service is concerned about Star's well-being and is asking anyone with any information regarding her whereabouts to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 204-986-6250.   Star Thomas has been safely located.
