Friday, October 20, 2017   Firearm & Drugs – Arrest: C17-236543   On October 19, 2017, at approximately 8:40 a.m., members of the Winnipeg Police K9 Unit and Street Crime Unit were conducting a proactive patrol in the area of Arlington Street and Manitoba Avenue.   At this time, they were flagged down by a member of the public who asked for help removing an intoxicated individual from a residence in the 600 block of Manitoba Avenue.   Officers attended to the residence and located the male.
