Friday, November 30, 2017 Wanted - 2nd Degree Murder: C17-166069 On November 24, 2017, the Winnipeg Police Service Homicide Unit requested the public's assistance in locating Edmond CHARTRAND, 29-years-old, of Winnipeg.   He has been located and taken into custody. The homicide unit thanks the public for their assistance.  On July 27, 2017, at approximately 7:45 p.m., emergency personnel responded to a residence in the 100 block of Euclid Avenue for a report of an injured male.                    Upon arrival, officers located both a 29-year-old male and a 31-year-old female who had been stabbed. The victims were transported to hospital in critical condition. The female was upgraded to stable condition; however, the male has succumbed to his injuries.
