Officer Involved Shooting: C17-278749

On December 12, 2017, at approximately 12:15 a.m., Winnipeg Police responded to a call for service at a residence in the 400 block of Charles Ave.

Arriving general patrol units were confronted by a male at this location. An adult male at the residence was shot by police. He was transported to hospital, where he remains critical condition. No officers were injured.

The Independent Investigation Unit of Manitoba has been notified.
