Wednesday, December 20, 2017   Robbery – Investigation: C17-275806   On December 8, 2017, at approximately 7:50 p.m., a female victim was walking in the 300 block of Donald Street when a suspect approached from behind and pushed her to the ground.  The suspect attempted to take her purse and fled when he was unsuccessful.   The suspect is described as a Caucasian male in his 30's, with a medium build, being approximately 5'10" tall and 160 lbs. He was wearing a black touque with flames around it, a black jacket with "CANADA" written in red letters on the back and dark jeans.   Surveillance footage in the area has revealed that there were a number of possible witnesses to the crime. The Major Crimes Unit is asking anyone with information that may assist the investigation to call 204-986-6219 or Crime Stoppers at 204-786-TIPS (8477).    A still image from surveillance shows the incident as it occurs below (suspect standing over the victim in the top right corner):     Missing Person: R10-104603   The Winnipeg Police Missing Persons Unit continues to request the public's assistance in locating a missing person, Kerry Klyne. Today marks the seven-year anniversary of his disappearance.   Kerry Klyne, also known as Darren Klyne, was reported Missing on December 20, 2010.  Kerry was 27-years-old at that time.   Klyne is described as Indigenous, 6'0" tall and approximately 230 lbs with short brown hair, brown eyes.  He has a small scar on the left side of his mouth.     Members of the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit continue to investigate.
