Thursday March 1, 2018      *We are happy to report that both Justin and Marshall Tanner have been safely located.     Previously released: Missing Persons - Justin TANNER & Marshall TANNER –  C18-42626    The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating missing brothers, 10-year-old, Justin TANNER, and 6-year-old, Marshall TANNER.  The brothers were last seen at a drop in center in the downtown area of Winnipeg yesterday evening.
