MISSING PERSON - Gaston "Joseph" PLANTE: R18-11205
   
The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a missing 67-year-old male; Gaston PLANTE (also known as Joseph PLANTE).

PLANTE is originally from Hornpayne, Ontario, however, has been living a transient lifestyle for the last 40 years according to family. He was last seen in Ontario by his family in September of 2017. He is believed to have then travelled to Winnipeg where he was last seen in the downtown area on January 22, 2018. Family has had no contact with him since, and his current whereabouts are unknown.

PLANTE is described as a Caucasian Male, 6'0" in height, 250 lbs., with a heavy build, medium length light brown/white hair and blue eyes.


 
The Winnipeg Police Service is concerned about PLANTE's well-being and is asking anyone with any information regarding his whereabouts to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 204-986-6250.
