Homicide – Investigation: C18-112015
 
As previously released;
 
On May 29, 2018, at approximately 12:40 a.m., emergency services responded to a report of shots fired in the 700 block of Corydon Avenue.  Upon arrival, Tactical Support Unit officers located a 37-year-old male and a 28-year-old female, both suffering from gunshot wounds.  
 
The female victim was transported to hospital in stable condition.  The male victim was transported to hospital in critical condition where he remains at this time
 
On May 30, 2018, the 37-year-old male victim succumbed to his to injuries.
 
This investigation is continuing by members of the Homicide Unit. Anyone with additional information that may assist investigators, or that had been in the area at the time of the shooting, is asked to call 204-986-6508 or Crime Stoppers at 204-786-TIPS (8477).
 
Homicide – Investigation: C18-111450
 
On May 28, 2018, at approximately 12:10 p.m., emergency services responded to the report of an injured female at a residence in the first 100 block of Beaumont Bay.
 
An adult female in her 30's was transported to hospital in critical condition where she succumbed to her injuries.
 
This investigation is continuing by members of the Homicide Unit. Anyone with additional information that may assist investigators is asked to call 204-986-6508 or Crime Stoppers at 204-786-TIPS (8477).
