Photo has been added Homicide – Public Assistance Requested: C18-112015  The Winnipeg Police Homicide Unit continues to request the public's assistance in locating Joshua Lucien Peter TURNER, 24.     An arrest warrant has been issued for TURNER, for 1st Degree Murder and Attempted Murder.     Turner is wanted for the murder of Noel Talingdan and the attempted murder of a 28-year-old female on May 29, 2018 which occurred in the 700 block of Corydon Ave.           Turner is approximately 5'10" (177cm), 160lbs (73kg)   Turner is not to be approached. Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is asked to call investigators at (204) 986-6508, 911, or Crime Stoppers at 204-786-TIPS (8477).
