Winnipeg Police Service News Release:

Sunday, December 23, 2012 SUSPICIOUS PERSON C12-256629 On December 20, 2012 at approximately 4:00 p.m., a group of young females, 10-11 years of age were playing in the area of the 1000 block of Clifton Street when they observed a suspicious male.   The girls observed the unknown male approach, when he called them over.
