Wednesday, June 5, 2013 SUSPICIOUS PERSONS C13-106983 On June 3, 2013 at approximately 3:20 p.m., Patrol members responded to a residence located in the Tyndall Park area of the city regarding two suspicious incidents. An area resident advised officers that on June 1st at approximately 2:00 p.m., a lone male suspect attempted to gain entry into his home after claiming to be associated with a local utilities company. The male was not wearing company apparel, nor was he able to provide identification. The homeowner refused him entry and the male left the area in a newer model, black van with tinted windows. The male is described as: Asian in appearance, 30-40 years-old, 5'8" tall, medium build, short dark hair, clean shaven and having a strong accent. On June 3rd at approximately 2:00 p.m., two males attended to the same residence claiming they were requested to attend for the purpose of conducting a home inspection. The homeowner made no such request and the males eventually left the area in a white, "expensive looking" car. The males are described as follows: 1 - Asian in appearance, 30-40 years-old, heavy-build, 5'10" tall, short dark hair, clean shaven and having a strong accent. 2 - Asian in appearance, 20-30 years-old, medium build, 5'6" tall, short dark hair clean shaven, having a strong accent and carrying a tool box and ladder. The investigation is continuing by members of the District 3 Crime Unit.
