Saturday, September 28, 2013   UPDATE:   Alexis HOURIE has been safely located.  The Winnipeg Police Service would like to thank members of the public and media for their assistance in this matter.   Friday, September 27, 2013 MISSING PERSON – Alexis HOURIE – R13-062503 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating 14 year old Alexis HOURIE.   HOURIE was last seen on September 24, 2013, in the Lord Selkirk area of Winnipeg.   Alexis HOURIE is described as: Metis, 5'0" tall, 110 pounds with medium length brown hair and brown eyes.
