Thank you for your assistance.   Monday, December 23, 2013     MISSING PERSON – Brian TOUROND - C13-249685 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a missing 43 year-old male, Brian TOUROND.  TOUROND was last seen on December 3, 2013 in the St Boniface area of Winnipeg.    TOUROND is described as: Caucasian, 5'7" tall, approximately 137 pounds with brown straight hair and brown eyes.  He has a white mustache and goatee.
