Tuesday, July 1, 2014   Missing Person – William GIBSON - C14-137360 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating an 86-year-old male, William GIBSON.  GIBSON was last seen on the evening of June 29, 2014 in the St. James area of Winnipeg. GIBSON is described as: Caucasian, 6'1" tall, 170 pounds with a slim build and grey receding hair.  He was last seen wearing a beige sweater over top of a golf shirt or causal long sleeve shirt, grey slacks and black shoes.
