Tuesday, December 30, 2014   Update: Missing person Kelsey DESJARLAIS has been safely located. The WPS would like to thank members of the public and media for their assistance in this matter.   Friday, December 19, 2014      MISSING PERSON – Kelsey DESJARLAIS R14-89754 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a 16-year-old male, Kelsey DESJARLAIS. DESJARLAIS was last seen in the Downtown area of Winnipeg on December 15th, 2014.   DESJARLAIS is described as: Aboriginal, 6'2" tall, 245 pounds with a heavy build and short dark hair; he was last seen wearing a grey hoodie, grey jacket, black sweat pants, and black/white Nike shoes.   Police are concerned for DESJARLAIS' well-being.
