CDSA Warrant Arrest – C15-2729
On January 5, 2014 members of the East District Community Support Unit were granted two Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) Search Warrants for separate residences in the 100 block of Wilmot Place.
 
Shortly before 1:00 p.m., with the assistance of the Tactical Support Team, the warrants were executed.  One female was arrested without incident.
 
As a result of the searches the following was located and seized:

  • 8 pounds of dry marihuana with an estimated street value of $24,000.00
  • 688 grams of Psilocybin with an estimated street value of $4,000.00
  • 121 grams of Cocaine with an estimated street value of $9,680.00
  • 57.5 tablets of Ecstasy with an estimated street value of $575.00
  • 246 grams of Ketamine with an estimated street value of $8,700.00
  • 103 tablets of Oxycodone with an estimated street value of $4,120.00
  • $1,215.00 in Canadian Currency
  • Drug paraphernalia

Sagen Lee KEHLER, 24 years of Winnipeg has been charged with the following for her alleged involvement:

  • Possession of a Scheduled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (Oxycodone)
  • Possession of a Scheduled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – CANNABIS (MARIHUANA)
  • Possession of a Scheduled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – PSYLOCYBIN
  • Possession of a Scheduled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – COCAINE
  • Possession of a Scheduled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – ECSTASY
  • Possession of a Scheduled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (Ketamine)
  • Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime

She was detained in custody.
 
 
Search Warrant Arrest - C15-2775
On January 5, 2015, members of the Division 11 Community Support Unit learned that a male wanted on five outstanding warrants, stemming from multiple breaches of court orders, was residing at a residence in the 1700 block of Taylor Avenue.
 
Officers obtained an Entry Warrant and with the assistance of Street Crime and Tactical Support Team members, the warrant was executed at approximately 2:00 p.m.
 
The wanted male was located within and arrested without incident.
 
Lnon Phonephanah SIKASAK, 30 years of Winnipeg was processed on the five outstanding warrants and has been charged with the following further offences for his alleged involvement:

  • Fail to Comply Condition Recognizance x 2

He was detained in custody.
