Tuesday, January 13, 2015   Missing Person – Alexandra BITTERN – R14-90120 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating the following 20 year old female, Alexandra BITTERN.  BITTERN was last seen in the West End area of Winnipeg on Tuesday January 6th, 2015.   BITTERN is described as: Aboriginal, 5'9" tall, approximately 155 pounds with long brown hair and brown eyes.
