Break Enter & Theft Arrests – C15-004986
On January 8, 2015 between 12:00 a.m. and 5:30 a.m., three male youth became involved in a crime spree by targeting vehicles and garages.
 
The suspects entered numerous unlocked vehicles/garages, subsequently removing loose change and other valuables. The incidents are as follows:
 
First 100 block of Cathedral Avenue – Chevy Tahoe – money stolen
200 block of Gordon Avenue – Chevy Trailblazer - wallet stolen
100 block of Gordon Avenue - Dodge Caravan – Device charger and clothing item stolen
200 block of McIntosh Avenue – Nissan Frontier – vehicle entered
100 block of Gordon Avenue – Toyota Corolla – vehicle entered
First 100 block of Hart Avenue – Ford Ranger – vehicle entered
100 block of Gordon Avenue – Chevy truck – vehicle entered
100 block of McIntosh Avenue - Dodge truck – vehicle entered
First 100 block of Hespeler Avenue – GMC truck – vehicle entered
100 block of Hart Avenue – Chevy – cellular phone and money stolen
First 100 block of Hart Avenue – Chevy Optra – vehicle entered
100 block of Hespeler Avenue – Honda Accord – vehicle entered
Luxton Avenue – Detached garage – Two bikes stolen
Hespeler Avenue – Garage entered – Bike stolen
 
After responding to reports, Patrol members located the three suspects in the area of the 300 block of Talbot Avenue at approximately 6:40 a.m.
 
They were taken into custody and further processed by members of the Division 13 Crime Unit.
 
A 14 year-old male, 17 year-old male and 16 year-old male are facing numerous charges, some of which include, Break Enter & Theft, Theft Under $5000.00 and Mischief Under $5000.00.
 
The 14 year-old was released on a promise to appear while the other two males were remanded into custody.
