Indecent Act – C15-129430
On June 18, 2015 at approximately 5:30 p.m., a 28-year-old female was walking in the area of Clifton Street between Portage Avenue and St. Matthews Avenue when she noticed an unknown male walking towards her.
 
As the male approached, he made eye contact and proceeded to expose himself to the victim. The suspect continued walking and victim fled the area.
 
The suspect is described as: Male, Aboriginal in appearance, mid to late 20's, 5'10"- 5'11" tall, 200 pounds, medium build and short dark hair. He was wearing a baggy t-shirt with a red "Air Jordan" symbol on the front, baggy blue jeans and belt. 
 
Note: The suspect description is similar to a previous incident (C15-128590) which occurred on June 20th in the area of the 3300 block of Portage Avenue.
 
The West District Crime Unit has been notified. Anyone with further information regarding these incidents is asked to call investigators at 204-986-2877 or Crime Stoppers at 204-786-TIPS (8477).
