Winnipeg Police Service Annual Statistical Report Released
Today, we are releasing the annual Winnipeg Police Service Statistical Report 2014.  Along with the Strategic Plan Report Card, this report replaces the former Annual Report.  This report concentrates exclusively on crime data and statistics.
Notable findings in the 2014 report are as follows:

  • 1% increase in overall crime (8% lower than the 5-year average)
  • 3% decrease in violent crime (8% lower than the 5-year average)
  • 4% increase in property crime (9% lower than the 5-year average)
