Indecent  Act – C15-140700
On July 5, 2015, shortly before 6:30 p.m. the Winnipeg Police Service received the report of an indecent act that had occurred in the area of Grant Avenue and Stafford Street.

Officers met with the complainant who advised that at approximately 6:15 p.m. he had been walking in the above noted area when he observed a male sitting on a bus bench, with his genitals exposed, performing an indecent act.

The suspect is described as: Male, darker/tanned skin, 20-30 years of age with short, cropped hair.  He was wearing navy blue shorts, dark coloured track/athletic shoes and no shirt.

The investigation is continuing by members of the West District Crime Unit. Anyone with information regarding this incident or the identity of the suspect is asked to contact investigators at 204-986-2877 or Crime Stoppers at 204-786-TIPS (8477).
