2015 Winnipeg Police Service Public Opinion Survey The Winnipeg Police Service conducts a bi-annual public opinion survey. On July 14, 2015, the Winnipeg Police Service began the 2015 public opinion telephone survey. The survey will recommence and continue the week of August 31st and run for approximately four days.
Public safety and the role of the police continue to be concerns for those who live, work, and visit our city. Market research representatives will contact citizens to hear their view of the Winnipeg Police Service, and afford them the opportunity to share their beliefs related to crime and public safety. Telephone calls will be made randomly to all areas within the City of Winnipeg. Surveys will take less than 30 minutes to complete.
Once complete, the results of the survey will be made public and will be posted on the Winnipeg Police Service website. The Winnipeg Police Service will examine the results for use within its 2015-2019 Strategic Plan.
The Winnipeg Police Service thanks all those who take part in the survey, and by doing so help make our city a safer place to live, work and play.
