Sexual Assault Investigation – C15-181014
On August 29, 2015, at approximately 12:05 a.m. the Winnipeg Police Service received the report of a sexual assault that had just occurred in the 100 block of Isabel Street.

Officers met with the 11-year-old victim and her mother.  It was learned that the two had been within a restaurant when an unknown male inappropriately touched the victim.  After being confronted by the mother the male fled the store.

The suspect is described as: Caucasian male, approximately 5'9" tall, 35 years of age with a slim build and an unshaven goatee.  He was wearing a black tank top and black jeans that had chains hanging from a pocket.

The investigation is continuing by members of the Child Abuse Unit. Anyone with information regarding this matter or the identity of the suspect is asked to contact investigators at (204) 986-3296 or Crime Stoppers at (204) 786-TIPS (8477).


Missing Person – Rozine Mousseau –
C15-182429

The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a missing 14-year-old female, Rozine MOUSSEAU.   She was last seen in the Downtown area on Sunday, August 30th, 2015.

MOUSSEAU is described as an Aboriginal female, 5'6" tall, 180 pounds with a heavy build and long black hair. She was last seen wearing a black sweater, black tights, red and black hi-top shoes, glasses, carrying a black backpack and a white and gold purse.



The Winnipeg Police Service is concerned about MOUSSEAU's well-being and is asking anyone with any information regarding her whereabouts to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 204-986-6250.
