Male Youth Wanted – Public Assistance Requested - C15-204117
The Winnipeg Police Service West District Crime Unit has been involved in a lengthy investigation regarding numerous residential break-ins that have occurred in the West District area.

Investigators have obtained a Court Order authorizing the release of the identity of a youth suspect sought in connection to this investigation.

Vance Elliot BOUCHIE, 16-years-old is currently wanted by police. He is described as an Aboriginal male, 6'1" tall, 165 pounds, thin build, black hair and brown eyes.


 


The investigation has revealed that BOUCHIE may be in hiding and evading police. If his is located, BOUCHIE is not to be approached as he is considered dangerous.

Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is asked to contact the West District Station at 204-986-2842 or Crime Stoppers at 204-786-TIPS (8477).

NOTE: As the Court Order authorizing the release of BOUCHIE'S identity expires on October 31, 2015 at 11:59 p.m. Media outlets are reminded not to publish his name or photograph after this date.

The Winnipeg Police Service Division 11 Crime Unit has been involved in a lengthy investigation regarding numerous break-ins to residences and businesses.

As a result, several warrants are currently active for the arrest of Terrence Junior MORIN, 27-years-old.

He is described as an Aboriginal male, 5'9" tall, 155 pounds, thin build, black hair and brown eyes.
