Commercial Break and Enters – Arrest  C15-216147
In mid-October, 2015 investigators from the West District Divisional Crime Unit began investigating a series of commercial break-ins that had been occurring in the Weston area. A suspect or suspects were entering the locked, fenced compounds of area businesses and stealing a variety of tools and equipment.

A local business owner, who had been a victim on multiple occasions, assisted investigators by reaching out to residents in the neighbourhood and fellow business owners, who also reported break-ins.

Ultimately, 13 separate incidents between June 28 - November 1, 2015 were linked to one suspect.

On November 3, 2015 investigators arrested:

David PESCITELLI, 55 years, of Winnipeg

Pescitelli was charged with 13 counts of Break and Enter and was remanded into custody.
