Monday, December 7, 2015             Indecent Act – C15-254810 On December 3, 2015, at approximately 8:40 a.m., a 10-year-old female was walking to school while in the Maples area of the city when she observed a male exposing himself.     The suspect had his pants lowered while performing an indecent act.
