Update – Homicide Investigation – Male Arrested – C15-268849
As previously released -On December 22, 2015, at approximately 9:00 p.m., emergency personnel were dispatched to the 1100 block of Beauty Avenue for the report of a serious assault.
Two males were located suffering from stab wounds to the upper body.  Both were transported to hospital however, a 45-year-old male, identified as Hector Lee SINCLAIR, later succumbed to his injuries.
The investigation continued by members of the Major Crimes Unit.
A warrant of arrest for 2nd Degree Murder was issued for 32-year-old Colin Leonard TRAVERSE and on January 5th the public's assistance was requested in locating him.
On January 6th at approximately 7:30 p.m. TRAVERSE turned himself in to Police.
He was processed on the warrant and later detained in custody.
