UPDATE:  Katarina Anderson has been safely located.  

The Winnipeg Police Service would like to thank the public and members of the media for their assistance.

Missing Person – Katarina ANDERSON R16-16701
The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a 15 year old female, Katarina ANDERSON. ANDERSON was last seen on March 2, 2016, in the Elmwood area of the city.
ANDERSONis described as Aboriginal, 5'2" tall, 100 pounds, with long brown hair.  She was last seen wearing grey pants, black boots and a grey winter jacket.   
Investigators are concerned for her wellbeing.
Anyone with information regarding ANDERSON's whereabouts is asked to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 204-986-6250.
