Friday, April 22, 2016   UPDATE:  Missing Person – Zoe Pruden has been safely located.   The Winnipeg Police Service would like to thank members of the media and public for their assistance. Tuesday, April 19, 2016 Missing Person – Zoe PRUDEN – R16-28732 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a 13-year-old female, Zoe PRUDEN. PRUDEN was last seen on the morning of April 18, 2016, in the North End area of Winnipeg.  Zoe PRUDEN is described as an Aboriginal female, 5'3", 180 pounds with long brown hair, and brown eyes.  She was last seen wearing a grey, black, and white camaflouge pattern Nike sweater, washed out dark tights, and black shoes.
