Update - Male Wanted – Martin Louis PATRICK –
Arrested - R16-21883

On March 30th, the Manitoba Integrated High Risk Sex Offender Unit (MIHRSOU), which consists of both RCMP and WPS Members, requested assistance from the Public in locating 33 year-old Martin Louis PATRICK, a High Risk Sex Offender, who was wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for breaching his release conditions.

PATRICK did not return to his approved residence and was unlawfully at large.

On the afternoon of April 1st, investigators located and arrested PATRICK without incident.

He has been detained in custody.

The Winnipeg Police Service would like to thank members of the public and media for their assistance in this matter.
