Monday, May 23, 2016 UPDATE: Missing Person – Krista OWEN has been safely located. The Winnipeg Police Service would like to thank members of the media and the public for their assistance.      Friday, May 20, 2016 MISSING PERSON – KRISTA OWEN – R16-36251 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a missing 15 year old female Krista OWEN.   OWEN was last seen in the North End area of Winnipeg in the evening of May 15, 2016.  OWEN is known to frequent the downtown area. OWEN is described as Aboriginal, 5'5, thin build, medium length straight brown hair and brown eyes.  OWEN was last seen wearing grey runners, army pants and a black sweater.
