Wednesday, May 24, 2016 Update: Motor Vehicle Collision – C16-103651 As previously released, on May 23, 2016, at approximately 2:45 a.m. Winnipeg Police were involved in an incident which culminated in a motor vehicle collision in the area of McPhillips Street and Redwood Avenue. While oversight of this incident lies with the Independent Investigation Unit of Manitoba, Winnipeg Police District 3 general patrol officers continue to investigate.
