Update: Motor Vehicle Collision – C16-103651
As previously released, on May 23, 2016, at approximately 2:45 a.m. Winnipeg Police were involved in an incident which culminated in a motor vehicle collision in the area of McPhillips Street and Redwood Avenue.

While oversight of this incident lies with the Independent Investigation Unit of Manitoba, Winnipeg Police District 3 general patrol officers continue to investigate. This has resulted in the arrest of two male youths who are now facing the following charges:

Accused #1, 16-years-old, arrested May 23, 2016
- Flight from Peace Officer
- Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle 
  Cause Bodily Harm x 3
- Possess Property Obtained by Crime
- Take Motor Vehicle without Owner's Consent
- Drive Disqualified
- Fail to Remain at Accident and Exchange Particulars

Accused #2, 16-years-old, arrested May 24, 2016
- Possess Property Obtained by Crime
- Fail to Comply Undertaking x 3

Both accused have been detained in custody.
