Fire Update – Homicide Investigation – C16-128501
As previously released -On June 22, 2016 at approximately 3:40 a.m., emergency personnel responded to a residence located in the 300 block of Aberdeen Avenue regarding a fire incident.
A 50 year old male resident was removed from the home and transported to hospital in critical condition. He has since succumbed to his injuries.
Notifications have been made however the results of an autopsy and cause of death are pending.  
Members of the Homicide Unit continue to investigate. Anyone with further information regarding this investigation is asked to contact investigators at 204-986-6508 or Crime Stoppers at 204-786-TIPS (8477).
