Indecent Act – C16-117721
On June 9, 2016, at approximately 12:30 a.m., Winnipeg Police responded to a call for service in the 300 block of Broadway. A female resident in her twenties reported that she was in her vehicle at the rear of a residence at this location when she was approached by a naked male who was committing an indecent act. The victim remained locked in her vehicle and the suspect eventually left.
The suspect is described as: Caucasian, 30 – 40 years old, approximately 5'8" in height, thin build, wispy blond hair, facial stubble, and possibly with a tattoo on his shoulder. The suspect may have been associated to a white coloured car parked in the area.
This investigation is continuing by members of the Division 11 Crime Unit. Anyone with information that may assist investigators is asked to call 204-986-6668 or Crime Stoppers at 204-786-TIPS (8477).
